Seagate Village 4th of July Golf Cart Parade - 2012
The Seagate Village neighborhood invited residents to decorate their golf cart and parade through the Seagate Village and Market Common District of Myrtle Beach on July 4th, 2012. This year there were eight units in the parade and the participants had a great time riding the streets celebrating the 4th.
