The Seagate Village Neighborhood
Seagate Village is rich in community history, having served as living quarters for the officers and enlisted personnel who served at Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. The units were origionally built in the 1950's and have long been a landmark of the south end of Myrtle Beach. Today, things have changed. The military is gone and the former Air Base has been converted into a useful and dynamic part of our city. The housing units are being converted into attractive permanent condo-style homes with new landscaping, re-designed front porches and car-ports, and a totally new look inside which includes all new kitchens. Bring your ideas and select a new Myrtle Beach address. Then personalize it into your own place at the beach. And don't plan to do any outside yard work when you vacation in your Seagate Village home, because we do all that for you.
